Right in the heart of downtown Columbia — and just a quick drive from Franklin and Nashville — The Mulehouse is the perfect spot for your next private party or work event. Whether you’re putting together a birthday party, a family or friends celebration, or a company gathering, we’ve got you covered.
With top-notch sound and lighting, The Mulehouse is built to take your event to the next level. We offer several flexible spaces, including Dawson Hall, which seats over 200 for dinner-style setups, and our main Theater, which holds more than 450 people in a classic theater layout — including a balcony and VIP area!

- Windows along one wall, lots of natural light
- Seated table-style capacity 175
Lounge
- 1000+ square foot area
- Capacity 75 people
- Set up with bar and more comfortable seating
- Standing options available for greater capacity
Backstage / Green Room Spaces
- Large open area for gatherings with sectional seating
- Three individual “green rooms” for dressing, one with shower in attached bathroom
- Kitchen with fridge, washer & dryer
- Coffee bar and sink in common area
Courtyard
- Outside area with intimate string lighting
